Q: What are your hours of operation?
Monday-Thursday 8am-7pm
Friday 8am-5pm
Saturday 8am-12pm

Q: What is your booking process?
After initial consultation, you will be provided with 2-3 initial quotes. After review, if necessary, you are allowed an additional 2-3 follow up quotes. Any quotes needed after this will require a $25 non-refundable deposit that will be applied towards your booking fee in the event a vacation is booked.
Please allow up to 72 hours after initial request to receive your quotes. More complex requests can take additional time.
Q: Do you book any domestic trips in the US?
Occasionally, I will book domestic vacations. Beginning August 1, 2021 domestic bookings will be limited to the following locations: Las Vegas, New York City, Sedona AZ, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Q: What is your area of expertise?
I specialize in booking All-Inclusive, luxury vacations in the Caribbean.
Q: Do you book Disney?
Unfortunately, I do not book any Disney vacations.
Q: Do you book cruises?
Unfortunately, I no longer book any cruises.
Q: Do you book Airbnb?
I do not book Airbnb.
Q: What locations can you book?
I am able to book almost any international vacation you’re looking for. From the Caribbean, to Africa, Asia, Europe and anything in between!
Q: What locations have you booked before?
I have booked a variety of vacations all around the world. Australia, Jamaica, Thailand, Egypt, Greece, Bali, Cambodia and St. Lucia just to name a few.
Q: Do you offer any payment plan options?
Yes, most bookings do allow flexible payment plan options with a minimum deposit required and the option to pay off the full balance 45-60 days before the travel date.
Q: What is your fee?
My booking fee is $50 per person and is non-refundable. It is included in the initial deposit amount.
Q: How far in advance can I book a vacation?
My recommendation is to always book a full package including flights and hotel. Flight schedules are available 11 months before the travel date. I recommend waiting to book your vacation until flights are available to be included in the package. There are certain circumstances that are an exception to this recommendation, depending on your location of travel.
Q: Will you book flights only?
No, I will only book flights that are included in a package with a hotel.
Q: What is included in a vacation package?
Typically, most packages I offer will include flights, hotel or resort, transportation to/from the airport and travel protection.
Q: What is included in an All-Inclusive vacation?
All-Inclusive refers to the inclusion of all meals, snacks, drinks and alcoholic beverages. Some packages may also include certain water sports and/or land activities.
Q: Do you book excursions?
Yes, excursions can be added to your vacation package. In most cases, I suggest booking excursions at your resort when you arrive.
