Any email, text or phone communication outside of these hours may be responded to the next business day, but please allow up to 48 hours for a response. Office will also be closed on all major holidays.
After initial consultation, you will be provided with up to 3 initial quotes. After review, if necessary, you are allowed an additional 3 follow up quotes. Any quotes needed after this will require a $50 non-refundable deposit that will be applied towards your booking fee in the event a vacation is booked.
Please allow up to 72 hours after initial request to receive your quotes. More complex requests can take additional time.
Yes, most bookings do allow flexible payment plan options with a minimum deposit required and the option to pay off the full balance 45-60 days before the travel date.
While we have 3 travel agents on our team, we all have different specialties.
Kenitra- Caribbean locations and Hawaii only.
Kandis- Any International, Domestic and Cruises.
Chelsea- All Inclusive Caribbean locations only.
Yes. Kandis can book domestic locations. The only location in the US that Kenitra will book is Hawaii. Please book a consultation with either Kandis for domestic or Kenitra or Kandis for Hawaii.
Kandis is our only agent that will book Disney. Please book a consultation with her if you are interested in a trip to Disney.
Kandis is the only agent that will book cruises. Please book a consultation with her if you are interested in booking a cruise.
We do not book Airbnb.
My recommendation is to always book a full package including flights and hotel. Flight schedules are available 11 months before the travel date. I recommend waiting to book your vacation until flights are available to be included in the package. There are certain circumstances that are an exception to this recommendation, depending on your location of travel.
No, we will only book flights that are included in a package with a hotel.
Typically, most packages I offer will include flights, hotel or resort, transportation to/from the airport and travel protection.
All-Inclusive refers to the inclusion of all meals, snacks, drinks and alcoholic beverages. Some packages may also include certain water sports and/or land activities.
Yes, excursions can be added to your vacation package prior to your arrival. In most cases, I suggest booking excursions at your resort when you arrive.
