Deposit Requirements
Prices are based on double occupancy and include hotel, private transportation to/from the airport, travel insurance, booking fee and welcome gift bag. A $25 charge per person, per night is applicable for each additional adult over double occupancy.
Flights are not included in the pricing. Travel insurance and booking fee are both non-refundable.
Deposit is $225 per persona and is non-refundable.
There are 2 additional payment dates, August 20 (full room cost + insurance will be due) and final payment ($220) due by November 1.

*** You will need to book your own flights to YVR (Vancouver, Canada). Whistler is a 2 hour drive from the Vancouver airport. Roundtrip transportation is included.
